Returns, Replacements & Refunds Policy

Dice Emporium is proud to offer a comprehensive returns, replacements, and refunds policy. If your dice arrive damaged, don’t arrive, or you are otherwise dissatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to orders@diceemporium.com within 30 days, and our customer service specialists will be happy to work with you to make things right. Please note that this policy excludes gift cards which we do not allow returns or refunds on.

We will pay for shipping on returns due to damaged or defective items, but you are responsible for return shipping costs for all other reasons.

Refunds are processed within 2 business days of our receiving the returned item.

Unlike our polymer sets, we do not have the resources to replace broken dice from our semi-precious stone/glass sets, so if they break they are broken forever. This of course excludes damages that happen during shipping, so please be mindful of our policy’s 30 day limit, and check any stone dice as soon as you receive them.
